CFA AGM/CONFERENCE IS POSTPONED TILL 3 MAR 22 DUE TO COVID WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME? READ ON!

TO ALL OUR STALLHOLDERS
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID WE HAVE HAD TO POSTPONE THE AGM/CONFERENCE UNTIL 3 MARCH 2022 (ORIGINAL DATE WAS 20 Jan 22). We are really sorry for any inconvenience this causes but we wanted to keep everyone as disease free as possible! Just to remind you what a great event it is I have put the details of the day below PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
If you had originally booked to come on 20 Jan please do as follows
1. If you can still come with your guest (if you were bringing one/some) on 3 Mar, please just email me to confirm you can still come. I so hope that you will be able to!
2. If you need to bring a different guest, please just let me know the change of name.
3. If your guest cannot come and cannot be substituted, please send me your bank details and I will refund you £15.
4. If you wish to bring additional guests, please complete the form at the bottom of the email and transfer the £15 fee
If you would like to attend you would be most welcome! Please complete the form at the bottom of the email. Do please consider doing the stallholders galleries. Fair Organisers will really be looking to fill those slots and gaps and you just maybe the one! It will really help them to see to your stall set up and your products. As a bonus this year you can sell your products as well!

The CFA AGM/CONFERENCE 2022 is a must attend event being a very useful day for all CFA members because:
* As an existing stallholder you should consider the Existing Stallholders Gallery to exhibit to fair organisers. This is free to existing CFA stallholders and on a first come first served basis. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to beat the written/emailed application and to put across how excellent your products are. You will be allocated a min 3ft space (min ½ 6ft table) to display your business using videos (on tablets or laptops) and displaying key products only (like a static Covid friendly Speed Presentation) but you will be set up all day to showcase to the fair organisers. You will be able to sell any products you use in your display or take orders from anyone attending the conference. 10% of your takings will go to the CFA Fund.
*As a new stallholder ie a member who has joined since the 2020 conference, you should consider doing the New Stallholders Gallery. This is free and an excellent opportunity for you to set up your stall (6ft table/space only) and for the fair organisers to meet you and see your products for real and maybe offer you a place at their fair. You will be able to sell any products you use in your display or take orders from anyone attending the conference. 10% of your takings will go to the CFA Fund.
*PAT testing for all your electrical equipment (separate email to be sent) if enough interest
*To listen to excellent relevant presentations

HOW TO BOOK A PLACE
You will need to show a ticket on entry for security and for your curry lunch. You will be sent one on receipt of your form and you must bring it with you, either on your phone/tablet or printed out, to show at reception
