How to join ...

...as a Stallholder

There is one document to download that contains 3 forms. Part A, application form, and Part B (2) for the referees.

Please complete Part A in full and return it to:

    The Administrator,
    Charity Fairs Association,
    P O Box 208,
    Diss,
    Norfolk
    IP22 1BJ.

Together with:

  • copies of the forms sent to your two referees
  • a copy of the application letter you would send to Fair Organisers
  • a full description of your goods, with photos or a brochure, and full prices of items and, if possible, a photo of your stand.
  • The two Part B forms are for you to send to your referees, who should return them directly to the Administrator. Please make sure you have checked the trading names used by your referees so that we can trace their membership easily. It is in your interest to make sure that referees have been CFA members for at least two years and that you have their current address, otherwise your membership may be delayed.

    Applications will usually be considered from individuals and independent traders working within an organisation. Applications from limited companies and franchisees will normally be carefully scrutinised to ensure that they comply with the basic requirements for membership.

    All applicants will be required to agree to be bound by the Conditions of Membership of the Association, and the Code of Conduct, and it is important to read these carefully before submitting your application.
