How to join ...

...as a Fair Organiser

There is one document to download that contains 3 forms.

Please complete Part A in full and return it, with the information requested, to:

    The Administrator,
    Charity Fairs Association,
    P O Box 208,
    Diss,
    Norfolk
    IP22 1BJ.

In addition, please advise us:

  • Which Charity you are supporting and how long you have been running your Fair, or what experience you have in running a Fair.
  • What percentage of your takings you propose giving to the Charity.
  • What mailing list you have available
  • The size of your venue and the number of stalls you intend to have.
  • You will need two referees who have been members for at least two years.

    You also have two forms (Part B) to send to your referees which will be returned directly to the Association. Please make sure that you have checked the trading name used by your referees so that we can trace their membership easily. It is in your interest to make sure that the referees are CFA members of two years standing and that you have their correct address. In the past applications have been held up unnecessarily because the applicant has not provided the correct address and has not checked that the referee has been a member for the required time.

    All applicants will be required to agree to be bound by the Membership Conditions of the Association and it is important to study this before submitting an application.
