Stallholders' Seminars
We are holding two seminars for Stallholders in September:
7th September: Internet Marketing
(Note: Date changed from 8th and 1st cancelled )
This seminar, run by Tasha Harrison, is comprised of two parts: Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media. Stallholders can choose to attend either or both sessions each of which will be run on both dates. Venues will be decided once we know who would like to attend and where they will be coming from, so that we can make it accessible to as many people as possible. Please let Annie know if you are interested and where you would be coming from. The cost will be £20 per person for each topic.
15th September: Stall Presentation
10am-1pm
Lee Anne Francis of Crystal Clear Training is coming to talk about the various ways we can maximise the effectiveness of our stall lay-outs. The areas covered will be general display, colour, price and most importantly lighting, but Lee-Anne has asked that members proposing to attend give her forewarning of areas of particular interest. This seminar will cost £15 per person and will take place in Burford, Oxfordshire.

The Fair Organisers' and new Stallholder members' day
In February 2011 at the Coronation Hall in East Grafton, Wiltshire, we are having an 'Exhibition Day', including lunch, for Stallholders who have recently joined and for Fair Organisers.
The idea behind this venture is to give Fair Organisers and new Stallholder members a chance to meet, discuss products and communicate. Stallholders will be able to set up their tables to demonstrate exactly how they are intended to look at forthcoming fairs
The event is free to Stallholders who have joined since April 2010 as this event, or participation in the New Members Gallery at the AGM, forms part of their joining fee. Stallholders who joined after the 2009 AGM are also welcome to attend, but for them there will be a charge of £10.00. Admittance is free for Fair Organisers and there will be a sandwich lunch and coffee available for everyone.

Important Deadlines
15th December 2010 Deadline for information updates for Stallholders Directory, to be emailed to Annie
31st December 2010 Deadline for online renewal of membership and insurance
If you do not renew your membership online by 31st December there is a chance that your details will not be included in the 2011 directory. The site should be open to receive membership and combined liability (PPEL) subscriptions from 7th December. We will email reminders nearer the time!
Annual General Meeting 2011
The AGM is being held at Benson Village Hall in Oxfordshire on 11th January 2011. New stallholders will again be offered tables on which to showcase their products to all the Fair Organisers present. Application forms for these tables will be sent out with the Autumn newsletter and tables will be offered on a first come, first served basis, so do send them back as quickly as possible to ensure your place.
Membership Renewal
All Membership and Insurances are now dealt with online, with our new direct, link to Clear Insurance Management Ltd. (see opening page of this website) Payment is by credit or debit card. Renewals are thus instantaneous.
We are delighted to be able to offer this new service to our members.
