Membership Renewal

All Membership and Insurances are now dealt with online, with our new direct, link to Clear Insurance Management Ltd. (see opening page of this website) Payment is by credit or debit card. Renewals are thus instantaneous.

We are delighted to be able to offer this new service to our members.

The annual accounts for 2011 are now available in the downloads section of the members area.

New Members and Fair Organisers Day

As last year, we will be holding an exhibition of New Members who have joined since last February so that Fair Organisers will be able to come along to view them. Lunch will be provided. This event will take place on 21st February in the Great Gallery, Littlecote House Hotel, Nr Hungerford, Berks. There will be a Fair Organiser's meeting afterwards in the Orangerie. AGM 2012

The AGM will be held on 24th January at the Parish Hall in Benson, Oxfordshire. Invitations to attend will be circulated by email before Christmas and acceptances only should be emailed to admin@charityfairsassociation.co.uk

Stallholder Membership Renewals for 2012

The website system will be opened for 2012 renewals in mid December. Invitations to renew will be issued by email as soon as the exact date has been confirmed. The deadline for renewals is 15th January which is also the date by which you need to give Annie any amendments to your current details so that they can be included in the Directory of Stallholders which will be available at the AGM. The list of fairs for 2012 will also be available in hard copy at the AGM and will be published on the website two days later.

Fair Organiser Membership Renewals for 2012

Fair Organisers should by now all have received their invoices (by email) for renewal for 2012. If you have not had one please get in touch with Annie at admin@charityfairsassociation.co.uk so that a copy can be issued. The deadline for Fair Organiser renewals is 15th December.

Further Seminars

Since the seminars we have run so far have proved to be so successful and helpful, we would very much like to arrange some more. If there are any topics that you would particularly like to see being covered please do let us know.
